WHAT DOES THE DUVET AND BED LINEN LAUNDRY SERVICE INVOLVE?
BED SET SERVICE
We offer a bed set laundry service for single, double, and king-sized beds. Our single bed set laundry service includes a bed sheet, a duvet cover, and a pillow case. Our double and king bed set service includes a bed sheet, a duvet cover and two pillow cases.
BED LINEN LAUNDRY
You can opt for our service wash option if you do not require your bed linen to be ironed. This involves a regular machine wash, tumble dry and fold.
Please note that we do not air dry our items. Customers should ensure that any items given for service wash can be machine washed and tumble dried.
DUVETS AND MORE
In addition to bed linen, we can also clean your duvets, pillows, cushions, bed spreads, mattress toppers, valances, mattress protectors and bed throws. It's important to keep these items clean and fresh, so why not leave them in our capable hands?
Please note: we require a minimum of 48 hours to process these items and they will be cleaned according to their care label.

How long does it take for bed linen to be cleaned?
We require a minimum of 9 working hours to wash bed linen, this means that a same day service is possible in selected areas if items are collected before 10am.
Can you clean any kind of stains?
We clean all stains, however, this does not guarantee full removal of the stain. To give us the best opportunity of removing stains, please inform us what originally caused it, as the stain removal product may vary in accordance with this additional information.
Where are the items cleaned?
Your items will be taken to one of our professional Cleaning Centres near you.
Are you insured against damage?
Yes, ihateironing insures 15 times the price of the clean of the item - so you can have complete peace of mind when using our service.
Can bed linen be included in a Service Wash?
We can service wash sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases. Please note that a service wash is a wash, tumble dry and fold and does not include pressing of the items.
How long does it take to clean a duvet?
For big/heavy items such as duvets, we require a minimum of 48 hours to have them ready.
