Donate to Crisis UK with ihateironing
Ihateironing have launched a partnership with Crisis, the national charity for people experiencing homelessness, to support them by collecting and delivering clothes donations from our customers.
“We’re excited to introduce our new partnership with ihateironing – a leading dry cleaning and laundry service in the UK. They have teamed up with us to help get your donations to our warehouse with ease. ” says Paula Floyd, Crisis E-Commerce Manager. “By partnering with ihateironing we are able to increase the number of donations we receive which enables our shops and online stores to thrive. Profits from the sale of any item go directly towards Crisis’ vital work in supporting people out of homelessness.”
Every item sold at a physical Crisis shop, or on their online Shop from Crisis stores, raises vital funds to help people out of homelessness and campaign for the changes needed to solve it altogether.
How to donate clothes to Crisis with ihateironing
We’re currently only collecting donations from the following postcodes in East London:
E1, E1W, EC4Y, EC4V, EC3V, EC3M, EC3N, EC3R.
To donate, simply include items for donations in a separate plastic bag labelled ‘Crisis Donations’ with your next ihateironing order. Please also let us know in the Special Requirements box of your order page that you’ve included donations with your order.
Any and all kinds of garments, including shirts, t-shirts, sweaters, hoodies, jackets, dresses, skirts, shorts, and shoes, are welcomed to be donated as long as they’re in good condition.
